Just two months after earning his first European Tour win, it appears Nathan Holman is back for more.
The Aussie went around Royal Selangor Golf Club bogey-free on Thursday, as an opening 7-under 64 shot him into a one-shot lead at the Maybank Championship Malaysia. Holman's blazing first round was precipitated by four birdies in his first six holes, as he raced out to the early lead.
"I just played really well to be honest," Holman said. "Every part of my game was quite good and I was saying a few weeks ago that my game has been trending in that right direction so it was nice to get a really good one in.
