Cheyenne Woods back at Q-School relaxed, in position for full LPGA status

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Cheyenne Woods returns to the final stage of LPGA Q-School with a rookie season in the big leagues under her belt. There were more missed cuts (nine) than there were paychecks in 2015, but that megawatt smile remains.

“She really enjoys it,” said her mother Susan. “This has been her life’s dream.”

The 90-hole grind of Q-School isn’t nearly as daunting as it was one year ago, mainly because the 25-year-old has experienced prior success at LPGA International. Woods poured in a six-foot putt for birdie on her final hole (No. 9) at the Hills Course to wrap up a tidy 3-under 69.
