The Champions Tour's 2015 Quebec Championship was removed from the tour's 2015 schedule.
The Champions Tour made the decision after tournament organizers said that they could not fund a full-field event after experiencing financial difficulties in 2014, according to a statement by the PGA Tour.
The event was scheduled to be held Sept. 4-6.

The Champions Tour will look to replace the event in 2015, according to the release.
Wes Short Jr. won the event at La Tempete Golf Club in Quebec City last year after finishing 15 under par.
