It’s a good week for two of Europe’s young Ryder Cup hopefuls to improve their chances of a trip to Hazeltine this September.
Kristoffer Broberg and Thomas Pieters could be the men most likely to take advantage of a weak field event with Europe’s main stars missing in action. The Swede and the Belgian are among the contenders to win the $1.75 million True Thailand Classic at Black Mountain Golf Club in Hua Hin.
Broberg and Pieters are currently within touching distance of a place on the European team. Broberg is seventh on the European points list.
