LOS ANGELES – It turns out Bubba Watson’s eventful week in L.A. – which featured a cameo appearance on Disney Channel’s “Girl Meets World” and a one-stroke victory at the Northern Trust Open – was more hectic than originally thought.
Watson said following his victory over Adam Scott and Jason Kokrak at Riviera Country Club that he spent Monday in the doctor’s office having a CT scan, which discovered a kidney stone.
“Sunday morning [at Pebble Beach], playing with the kids, I had to go take a bathroom break, and red liquid came out,” Watson said.
