After a stunning finish at last week's Western Junior Championship, the junior circuit rolls into Sunriver, Ore., for the AJGA Rolex Tournament of Champions, one of junior golf's most prestigious events.
After the Western, Carl Yuan, ranked No. 27 in Golfweek’s Junior Rankings, summed up the general excitement ahead of the action.
“It's one of my favorite tournaments, definitely,” Yuan said.
Fifteen of Golfweek's top-50 juniors will tee it up at the Crosswater Course at Sunriver Resort for the TOC, a 72-hole event. Yuan, who will play for the University of Washington in the fall, is the eighth-best player in the 78-man field according to the rankings.
