The Golden State Warriors have been busy during NBA Free Agency and they continue to look for bench help. One of their targets is veteran swingman Omri Casspi.
Another Warriors target revealed as they try to bolster bench: They're in talks with free agent Omri Casspi, I'm told.— Sam Amick (@sam_amick) July 4, 2017
The Warriors have already re-signed Kevin Durant, Stephen Curry, Andre Iguodala and Shaun Livingston. Now, Casspi could be their next addition.
The 29-year-old Casspi is a former first round pick. He bounced around last year, battling injuries with the Kings, Timberwolves and Pelicans. He averaged just 5.2 points in 17.9 minutes per game.
In his career, Casspi has averaged 8.2 points in just over 21 minutes each game. He's 36.7 percent 3-point shooter. The forward can be a bench option for the Warriors.Back to the Golden State Warriors Newsfeed
