Steve Kerr is using the NBA's shutdown to show off his comedic chops.
The Warriors coach guest-starred on Thursday's episode of "The Second City Presents: The Last Show Left on Earth," a weekly sketch-comedy series airing on Topic's YouTube channel. The sketches are all remotely filmed due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, and Kerr's appearance used his physical distance to the show's creative advantage.
Host Lauren Ash, a comedian who stars on NBC's "Superstore," played an expecting mother, Carol, about to give birth. Kerr gamely appeared as her labor coach via a service called "eDoula," much to Carol's surprise.
