The Warriors have won four of their last five games, including a 127-104 win over the 76ers on Wednesday night, leading head coach Steve Kerr to say that he believes the current team “can do something special.” But Golden State is still 23-25 for the season and sits in 11th place, one game behind Utah for the final spot in the Western Conference’s play-in slots.
Earlier reports indicated that Golden State was willing to blow it all up, with NBA insider Shams Charania saying “everyone but Steph Curry is on the table.
