Warriors suspend Jordan Bell for one game

The Golden State Warriors have suspended second-year big man Jordan Bell one game for conduct detrimental to the team. The organization announced the news Wednesday morning via social media.

It’s unclear at this time what Bell did to earn the team-mandated suspension. Often these types of suspensions are the result of lack of professionalism - missing a practice, being late to a team flight, etc. Sometimes the news leaks as to why the player was suspended, but often it remains a mystery.

However, there are some clues.

In a question and answer session that was live when the news broke, The Athletic’s Anthony Slater answered a question about Bell’s lack of playing time.
