Can the Warriors get someone who could really help the team if they sign and trade Kuminga? Or will teams look at his deficiencies (less than stellar 3 point shot, inability to create, overruns defenders) and decide they won’t offer much for him?

I'd like expand this question from "sign-and-trade" to sign, and later down the road trade before the trade deadline, which has significantly different implications in terms of the first apron, hard cap, and other roster-building restrictions.
