Warriors' Klay Thompson has worst postseason first half of his career

Golden State Warriors guard Klay Thompson had the worst first-half of his postseason career against the Sacramento Kings on Tuesday.

Thompson scored zero points on 0-of-5 shooting from the field, which included missing all three of his 3-point attempts. He also gave up a turnover.

According to Basketball Reference, it’s just narrowly the worst opening 24 minutes of basketball that Thompson has played in the postseason. The Splash Brother has only played two other first halves of basketball where he scored zero points: once against Cleveland in 2018, and another against Dallas in 2022.
