Warriors’ Eric Paschall leaves Friday’s game with right knee injury

SAN FRANCISCO — Rookie forward Eric Paschall has been ruled out for the rest of Friday’s game against the Pelicans at Chase Center with a right knee injury. The Warriors announced Paschall will undergo further evaluation.

In the final minute of the first quarter, Pelicans’ guard JJ Redick fell on onto Paschall’s right knee. Paschall went to the locker room at the beginning of the second quarter and did not return. In seven minutes, he has three points, one rebound and one assist.

In 26 games (19 starts) Paschall, the No. 41 pick in June’s draft, averaged 15.
