Draymond Green’s leadership of his younger teammates does not stop simply because the season is over, even when that season has ended in a championship.
On the latest episode of the Warriors star’s podcast, “The Draymond Green Show,” Green brought up the blunt criticism he had of how Jonathan Kuminga played against the New York Knicks in Summer League on July 8.
Kuminga, the No. 7 overall pick in last year’s draft, scored a paltry four points, shooting 2-of-10 from the field, and coughing up five turnovers in the 101-88 loss.
