Green looked the part of a Realtor when he broke out some glasses and not-quite-long-enough khakis to try to fool some potential homebuyers into thinking he was “Ray,” a Realtor trainee showing them around a house in Oakland.

Green, er, Ray, tries to sells the buyers on the acoustics of the staircase, claimed a room was soundproofed (but was proven wrong when they could still hear him scream) and fed them some fresh-baked cookies.
