Warriors' comeback sparked by Gary Payton II taking over for Anthony Lamb

In a way, the key factor Warriors coach Steve Kerr said led to Golden State’s comeback win against Oklahoma City on Tuesday was Kerr’s own doing, but so was what led to the need for that comeback in the first place.

The Dubs eventually beat the Thunder 136-125, but not before a first half that allowed 78 points to rain down from the visiting team at Chase Center. A slow start is not exactly unusual for this team, especially one that’s gone six straight games trailing through three quarters. What was definitely unusual was the starting lineup of Steph Curry, Jordan Poole, Jonathan Kuminga, Draymond Green and, most notably, Anthony Lamb.
