Warriors’ Andre Iguodala on his health, last season’s playoffs and life after basketball

OAKLAND – The protective tape stayed on Andre Iguodala’s back shortly after practice.

It symbolized the ongoing care the Warriors’ 34-year-old reserve veteran takes in addressing ailments. Unlike the Warriors’ 2017-18 season when he had overlapping injuries to his knees, ankles and shoulders that sidelined him for in regular-season [18 games] and playoffs [seven], Iguodala reported feeling better. So much that after the conclusion of a 20-minute interview with Bay Area News Group, Iguodala took off the tape.
