The Golden State Warriors have acquired small forward Julian Washburn from the Memphis Grizzlies. Washburn is part of the trade that sent Andre Iguodala, as well as a future first-round draft pick to Memphis.
Golden State officially made the trade on Sunday, and announced the details in a press release.
While Washburn’s inclusion in the trade wasn’t reported earlier, it isn’t a new development. He was always part of the trade, even if that wasn’t revealed until today.
For those wondering, Julian Washburn — who was on a two-way contract last season with Memphis — was always part of the Iguodala trade.
