Golden State came up against Los Angeles Clippers team that appears to be as good as advertised. Meanwhile, the Warriors are still in a state of transition and tried to keep the game close after falling behind early. A second-half run by Los Angeles enabled Kawhi Leonard and company to pull away. Although the first game that counted was disappointment, the Warriors still marked the team’s first official contest with ceremonies that they intend to be traditions. The team also brought back franchise legends to kick off the season.
