Only 1 percent of those asked in a recent poll by Seton Hall disapprove of Stephen Curry, but the choirboy point guard still trails two more experienced NBA players in approval rating.
The Seton Hall Sports Poll surveyed 762 adults nationwide to get approval and disapproval ratings on a number of athletes. Curry had a 40 percent approval rating, compared with LeBron James’ 53 percent approval (9 percent disapproval) and Kobe Bryant’s 51 percent approval (11 percent disapproval).
Living in the now: In an interview with Kristen Ledlow that aired Thursday night on NBA TV, Curry said he’s getting frustrated with having to deal with era-comparing questions.
