One of Stephen Curry’s first dates with his future wife, Ayesha, was to the wax museum on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles.
All these years later, the Warriors’ point guard has a life-size wax figure in his own image.
“That was one of our first experiences together, walking through and taking pictures with all of the wax figures,” Curry said. “Now, to have one of my own, it’s pretty special.”
Madame Tussauds San Francisco unveiled the Curry figure Thursday afternoon a few floors down from the Warriors’ practice facility at the Marriott City Center in Oakland.
