Golden State Warriors All-Star Stephen Curry has been subpoenaed in a lawsuit that was filed Tuesday by Under Armour Inc. against Battle Fashions, Inc.
Curry has a contract with Under Armour that calls for him to tour the Philippines, China and Japan in September.
Curry, who is not named in the suit, has moved the United States District Court for the Northern District of California in San Francisco to squash the subpoena, which calls for him to testify at a deposition.
