Golden State Warriors stars Steph Curry and Kevin Durant are among several Bay Area celebs nominated for the BET Awards, which are taking place at Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles tonight.
The two Warriors are nominated in the Sportsman of the Year category but aren't the only Bay Area athletes nominated for an award. Legendary tennis player Serena Williams is nominated for Sportswoman of the Year.
Out of all the Bay Area celebrities nominated, Vallejo native H.E.R. is nominated for the most awards with three. She's nominated in the BET Her (for best neo-soul/traditional R&B artist), Best Collaboration, and Best Female R&B/Pop Artist categories.
