Who wouldn’t want to snap up the spacious Walnut Creek mansion once occupied by NBA star Steph Curry and his charismatic wife Ayesha?
Apparently, no one — at least not at the original asking price of $3.7 million.
The couple, who have been trying to sell the “Santa Barbara-style Mediterranean villa” since October, have agreed to lower the price to $3.6 million, according to Business Insider.
The Golden State Warriors star and his celebrity chef wife bought the 7,520-square-foot property on a cul-de-sac just south of downtown Walnut Creek in 2015. They paid $3.2 million and put $400,000 into renovating it, according to listing agents Andy Read and Ana O’Byrne of Caldecott Properties.
