Steph and Ayesha Curry have found a buyer for their Walnut Creek mansion, but apparently won’t be cashing in on the red-hot market trend of Bay Area homes selling well above their listing prices.
The Daily Mail reports that the Golden State Warriors star and his celebrity chef wife are selling their home for $3.2 million. The listing with Caldecott Properties only indicates that a sale is pending. Agent Andy Read would only say in an email that the Daily Mail report is “riddled with errors” but wouldn’t confirm the amount of a possible sale or what those errors are.
