Never one to mince words, ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith did not hold back in his assessment of the Golden State Warriors’ effort in their 118-99 Game 6 loss to the Sacramento Kings on Friday.
“It was one of the worst performances, one of the most lethargic performances, I’ve ever seen from the Golden State Warriors in all my years,” Smith said, adding that the team “ came out there like they were literally disinterested in playing.”
The analyst gave Stephen Curry, who scored 29 points in the loss, a pass, but few other Warriors escaped his wrath.
