The Santa Cruz Warriors (5-7) left the Prescott Valley Event Center victorious Wednesday night after a 107-93 win over the Northern Arizona Suns (10-2), snapping the Suns’ seven-game winning streak and handing Northern Arizona their first loss at home this season.
Scott Wood led all scorers with 22 points (6-11 FG, 5-11 3P, 5-5 FT), adding in six rebounds on the night. Cameron Jones had 18 points on 7-for-15 shooting, while Alex Hamilton posted 17 points (6-8 FG, 5-8 FT), eight rebounds, and five assists off the bench.
