The Santa Cruz Warriors selected three players in the 2017-18 NBA G League Draft this past Saturday: Avry Holmes out of Clemson, Najeal Young out of Texas Wesleyan, and Malik Story out of Nevada.
When asked about how he foresees each of the draftees fitting into the Santa Cruz Warriors system, head coach Aaron Miles answered with the following:
“When it comes to training camp, you want it to be as competitive as possible and everyone to push each other, so I think obviously they’re high character guys and guys that will compete and be competitive,” Miles said.
