Patrick McCaw continues to prove that the Golden State Warriors made the right decision

The 23-year-old Patrick McCaw was bought by the Golden State Warriors following the 2016 NBA Draft.

They believed in him when clearly the Milwaukee Bucks, the team that originally drafted him, did not. After two championships, McCaw got tired of not earning much, seeing under $2 million in salary. That attitude got him on the sideline for over half the season and now in Cleveland for the remainder.

McCaw declined the qualifying offer from Golden State and denied another potential contract. He held out, not playing for over the first quarter of the season. After a two-year, $6 million contract was offered to him by the Cleveland Cavaliers, the third-year player was faced with a decision.
