For the first 78 seconds of Game 4 between the Golden State Warriors and Houston Rockets, the shot clock didn’t work — and not a single person on the court seemed to notice.
The Warriors and Rockets went four whole possessions with the shot clock stuck showing 24 seconds on Monday night. It doesn’t seem like there was a technology glitch, either: after Draymond Green’s second of two 3-pointers went through to cap off the fourth possession, the shot clock finally started up on the fifth possession and has been working like normal in the rest of the first quarter.
