The NBA All-Star festivities are right around the corner. The league is looking to use All-Star weekend to show off it’s brightest stars in Charlotte, North Carolina. That’s probably why they made the no-brainer decision to request Charlotte native, Golden State Warrior, and All-Star game starter Stephen Curry’s presence in the hallowed three-point shooting contest.

Curry has quickly established himself in the highest pantheon of shooters, climbing into third all-time in made three-pointers earlier this season.
