OAKLAND -- Few people can appreciate Stephen Curry's ability to topple the NBA's tall trees better than Muggsy Bogues.
Bogues played at mere 5-foot-3, 136 pounds, the shortest player ever to play in the NBA. He's largely known for his 10 seasons with the Charlotte Hornets, when he played alongside Dell Curry -- the father of the Warriors' two-time MVP.Bogues remembers Steph as a little kid hanging around and shooting jump shots after practice."It's mind boggling to me that the little kid that I once gave airplane rides to is out here as possibly the face of the league," Bogues, 51, said before Game 1 of the NBA Finals.
