Like any other people accused of a crime, at some point they should be able to tell their side of the story and have legal judge and jury decide right or wrong. When a certain 49er football player was accused of domestic violence, he eventually got his day in court, the case was dismissed by a legal judge and he was received back into the fold with open arms.
