LeBron James to rest for Lakers vs. Warriors

LeBron James will not play when the Los Angeles Lakers visit the Golden State Warriors on Saturday in a nationally televised contest. The four-time MVP will take the game off due to “load management,” which is to say he’s resting.

LeBron James will not play tonight against the Warriors due to load management, league sources tell Yahoo Sports.

James has only played once in the last six weeks. After injuring his groin during a Lakers victory against the Warriors on Christmas day, the superstar missed 17 games, including a rematch against Golden State.
