There’s no live basketball right now, as the NBA season has been indefinitely postponed due to the coronavirus. But there’s still some really good basketball footage to watch.
Friday brought the digital release of “Jump Shot: The Kenny Sailors Story,” a documentary about the inventor of the jump shot.
Not only is it a fascinating documentary, but it’s executive produced by Golden State Warriors superstar Steph Curry, who, it goes without saying, has built an all-time great career around the jump shot.
Curry is also featured heavily in the film in the form of interviews, as is former Warriors star Kevin Durant (and other notable basketball names like Dirk Nowitzki and Bobby Knight).
