OAKLAND – Warriors center JaVale McGee will host his Water For Life softball game at the Oakland–Alameda County Coliseum June. 23, McGee announced Monday afternoon.

The event, which is in its fourth year, is aimed to raise money for McGee’s JugLife Foundation, which the Warriors’ center founded in 2014 alongside Kez Reed to “providing clean, safe drinking water in underdeveloped areas of the world,” according to the foundation’s website.

Last year’s event, also played at the Coliseum, brought out a whos-who of local celebrities to the East Oakland ballpark, including his Warriors’ teammates, Raiders running back Marshawn Lynch and Oakland rapper Mistah Fab.
