Two Miami Heat legends have used the Golden State Warriors’ playoff exit as a springboard to criticize Jimmy Butler’s performances this postseason and diminish the legend of “Playoff Jimmy.”
Dwyane Wade and Udonis Haslem, who played a combined 35 seasons in Miami between their two careers, went on their respective platforms to call out how Butler approached the Timberwolves series offensively.
Haslem’s criticism came shortly after the Dubs’ Game 5 series-ending loss to Minnesota. On ESPN’s “First Take” that aired May 15, the former Miami big man said Butler’s playoff reputation was overhyped.
