Draymond Green filled up the stat sheet Saturday night with his third triple-double of this postseason.
But anyone who watched the Warriors’ Game 3 win over the Trail Blazers could see his impact was well beyond the admittedly impressive 20 points, 13 rebounds and 12 assists.
When the Warriors entered the second half trailing again by double digits, Green’s energy and focus on both ends of the court dragged them back into the game. He led the team with four steals, too, including one where he stretched the laws of physics to guard both Seth Curry and Zach Collins in a pick-and-roll.
