It was an odd year for the Golden State Warriors. Nobody expected them to be the same powerhouse they were in years before with Kevin Durant gone and a hobbled Klay Thompson but it was difficult to predict such an abrupt fall off.
The Dubs may have had a strong chance at reaching the playoffs had Stephen Curry not fractured his hand early in the season. Without their top three players from last year, the Warriors recorded the biggest single-season drop in win percentage of all-time.
This hasn’t stopped the font office from working diligently for the future.
