Golden State Warriors: Stephen Curry re-entering the MVP race

Stephen Curry is no stranger to MVP seasons. The two-time MVP changed the game with his efficient scoring and playmaking. The 2018-19 season is shaping up to be more of the same for Curry as he is now re-entering his name into the award conversation.

Curry began the season scorching hot. Through the first nine games of the year, Steph was averaging 33 points per game on an absurd 52.9 percent shooting from the 3-point line. He led the Dubs to a nearly perfect 8-1 record and was shattering expectations.

Unfortunately, Curry’s run was cut short by an injury that caused him 11 consecutive games.
