For those privy with the world of soccer, you would have heard news of Robert Lewandowski’s super-sub performance against VfL Wolfsburg, in which he scored five goals in nine minutes coming off the bench. Bayern Munich (his team) were down 1-0 against Wolfsburg, but Lewandowski came in with a performance for the record books.
Soon after, Bayern coach Pep Guardiola compared Lewandowski to the Golden State Warriors’ star Stephen Curry. He likened Lewandowski’s goals to Curry’s three-point bombs, and briefly compared the two’s ability to score in bunches in their respective sports.
