The Golden State Warriors have had a tough season and will enter the last 20-plus games 13-48. Have no fear though as Klay Thompson is not giving up on this dynasty. Injured all season, Thompson has been getting shots up before games.
While he may have returned under different circumstances, the five-time All-Star should have no need to return with the Dubs firmly out of playoff position. After all, they’ve already officially retained their top-20 protected 2020 first-round pick which was traded to Brooklyn.
Thompson originally tore his ACL against the Raptors in Game 6 of the 2019 NBA Finals.
