The Golden State Warriors have been nothing short of impressed with their first-round pick having displayed an impressive amount of range with his three-point shot, his improving chemistry with Jacob Evans and his ability to create his own shot with ease.
Although he hasn’t played in a regular-season game as of today, he enjoyed a fruitful Summer League averaging 17.8 points per game and shooting 40% from the field. Despite a lack of consistency with his deep ball, the aggressiveness remained and that surely is an encouraging sight for the Dubs coaching staff.
Nevertheless, questions remained whether he would be effective at the NBA level, but if preseason has shown anything, it is that Poole could potentially be one of the better contributors on the Dubs bench.
