Andre Iguodala’s $17 million holiday is beginning to irk some of his would-be teammates.
Iguodala, a driving force during the Warriors’ five consecutive appearances in the NBA Finals, was traded to the Memphis Grizzlies during the Dubs’ clearance sale over the summer. But before the Grizzlies could even organize his welcoming tea, Iggy made it clear that he would rather a) sit out the season or b) wait for a trade and/or c) count his $17 million salary than suit up for the Grizzlies. While trade rumors have been floated this season, nothing has materialized.
