'F—king dirty': Warriors fans furious with Rockets after Butler injury

An intensely online wing of Golden State Warriors fans is accusing Rockets guard Amen Thompson of intentionally trying to hurt Jimmy Butler on the play that knocked Butler out of Game 2.

Midway through the first quarter, Thompson took a floating shot from just inside the free-throw line with Draymond Green defending him. As the shot missed, Butler had a clear lane in from the left for the rebound, but Thompson crashed toward the hoop to try to get the rebound himself. While sandwiched between Green and Rockets center Steven Adams, Thompson fell forward underneath Butler, bumping into the Warriors star just as he touched the ball.
