After the Golden State Warriors’ 119-116 loss to the Phoenix Suns — their 13th loss in 23 games and third against the Suns — Steve Kerr said something that piqued a lot of people’s interests.

“(Klay Thompson, Andrew Wiggins, and Kevon Looney) just didn’t have it,” Kerr said when asked of his decision to bench the aforementioned three in the closing stretches of the game. “I just felt like tonight I had to play the guys who were playing the best. I’ve been really patient and trying to get everybody organized into groups and give guys freedom and space.
