No one enjoyed the postseason downfall of the Warriors on Tuesday night more than Phoenix Suns big man Jusuf Nurkic.
Nurkic was flagrantly hit in the head by Draymond Green on on Dec. 12, 2023, at Footprint Center in Phoenix — leading to an ejection and eventual indefinite suspension for Green that required him getting counseling before he could return to the court — and then continued to feud off the court online throughout the season after Green returned from suspension in the middle of January.
That feud hit a crescendo on Tuesday after Golden State was routed in their play-in game against the 9th-seeded Sacramento Kings in Sacramento, 118-94.
