Draymond Green is following in Magic Johnson’s footsteps once again, only this time it’s off the floor where the Warriors star will mirror one of Magic’s moves.
Like Johnson, Green starred at Michigan State, made NBA All-Star Game appearances and won NBA titles. So maybe we shouldn’t be surprised by Tuesday’s announcement Green is partnering up to invest in a string of fitness centers — just like Magic did years ago with 24 Hour Fitness.
Green joined forces with Blink Fitness on a franchise development deal to bring at least 20 gyms to his native Michigan as well as Illinois.
