Draymond Green says legendary 2017 block 'should've ended horribly'

Draymond Green won the NBA's Defensive Player of the Year award in 2017, on the way to helping the Warriors win their second championship in three seasons.

A player must put together a robust catalog of defensive highlights in order to be considered for the prestigious award, and Green certainly did that in spades. But one play that stands out from that season for Green shouldn't have worked out so well, according to the power forward.

This actually could’ve and should’ve ended horribly! Not sure how I blocked that ud83dude02 https://t.co/NMkZLdikCx
