Golden State Warriors veteran Draymond Green didn’t have a lot of words to say after Golden State’s 117-93 loss to the Timberwolves on Thursday, but his lone postgame comment was a message that clearly meant a lot to him.
“I’m not an angry Black man, and I’m tired of the agenda to make me look like an angry Black man,” Green told reporters after Game 2. “I’m not an angry Black man. I’m a very successful, highly educated Black man with a great family, and I’m great at basketball, I’m great at what I do.
